THE ONLY WAY TO BID IS THROUGH PROXIBID,

THERE IS NO ON-SITE BIDDING, NO PHONE BIDDING AND NO LEFT BIDS.

EVERY BIDDER IS ON THE SAME "PLAYING FIELD" AND NO ONE HAS ANY ADVANTAGES OVER ANOTHER.

EVERYONE PAYS THE SAME BUYERS PREMIUM.

 

 

 

The Procedure For Purchasing A Gun On This Auction Is The Same As Buying At A Gun Store:

1- You Must Fill Out A 4473 Transfer Form

2- We Will Run Your ATF/ Illinois State Background Check Once You Have Completed The Paperwork

3- You May Pick Up Your Gun(s) Once You Have Been "Cleared" By The State/ Illinois State Police

 

 

PLEASE NOTE -

Background Checks In Illinois

Could Take Longer Than The 72 Hour Waiting Period.

(Possibly Up To Two Weeks) This Is Out Of Our Control.

We Will Not Hand Out Any Guns Before

The Buyers Background Check Has Been Approved.

(If You Are A Dealer Or Will Be Picking Up For A Dealer, No Paperwork Is Needed,

But You Will Need To Bring A Copy Of Your License With You)

 

Guns Can Also Be Shipped.

If You Would Prefer To Have Your Guns Shipped

To A dealer Closer To You, It Is No Problem.

Please Have Your Dealer Email Us A Copy Of Their FFL,

We Will Then Ship The Guns To The Address On The FFL.

You Will Then Take Care Of All The Paperwork Through Them.

There Are Shipping Fees For This Option (See Terms & Conditions Below)

 

All Handguns Must Be Transferred In The State Of The Buyer.

For Local Buyers, We Will Take Your Handguns To

West Quincy, Keokuk or Ft. Madison

Free Of Charge.

 

1- There is a 10% ProxiBid Buyers Premium if paying by cash, check, money order or PayPal (If Using PayPal, Please Select "Family & Friends" So That No Fees Are Added)

 

2- There is a 15% ProxiBid Buyers Premium if paying by credit card. (The card on file will be used unless otherwise instructed)

 

3- ALL BUYERS PLANNING TO PAY BY CASH, CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR PAYPAL MUST EMAIL US BY MONDAY, DECEMBER 14th AT 5:00 pm.

 

4- We will charge the credit card on file for each buyers purchases on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 15th (UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED)

 

5- SHIPPING COST - 1 Long Gun ($50.00) 1 Handgun ($30.00) - $10.00 For Each Additional Gun (REGARDLESS IF IT IS A LONG GUN OR HANDGUN)

Shipping Examples - (1 long gun & 1 handgun = $60) (2 long guns = $60) (2 handguns = $40)

 

6- Items may be picked up to avoid shipping costs. (Transfer Paperwork & Illinois Holding Periods Apply)

(If You Are A Dealer Or Will Be Picking Up For A Dealer, No Paperwork Is Need, But You Will Need To Bring A Copy Of Your License With You)

 

7- There is a $15 per gun paperwork fee. This fee goes to our in-house FFL for running each gun through their books. This fee still applies to guns being shipped.

 

8- ALL GUNS BEING SHIPPED, MUST BE SHIPPED TO AN FFL OR C&R (If Applicable) - THIS INCLUDES BLACK POWDERS & ANTIQUES (This Is An Illinois Law)

 

9- Each successful buyer will receive a Final Invoice after the conclusion of the auction. This email will come from ProxiBid.

 

11- The Final Invoice emailed after the auction will include all fees. (Buyers Premium, Paperwork Fees & Shipping). If you pick up your items, we will deduct the shipping cost from your invoice. Please email us if you plan to pick up your guns.

 

12- If a buyers credit card on file is "DECLINED" there will be a $20 charge each time it does not go through.

 

13 - There is NO SALES TAX

THIS IS AN "ABSOLUTE AUCTION" WITH NO RESERVE PRICES.

WE TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES OF EACH GUN AND DO OUR VERY BEST TO HIGHLIGHT THE GOOD AND BAD FEATURES, SO THAT EACH POTENTIAL BUYER KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE BIDDING ON. PLEASE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ALL OF THE PHOTOS. THERE IS NO RETURNS.
