Auction Terms

1- There is a 15% Buyers Premium if paying by credit card or debit card. (The card on file will be used unless otherwise instructed)

 

2- There is a 10% Buyers Premium if paying by cash, check or money order. (Payment may be made in person or mailed)

 

3- ALL BUYERS PLANNING TO PAY BY CASH, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER MUST EMAIL US BY MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2 AT 5:00 pm.

 

4- We will charge the credit card on file for each buyers purchases on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3 (UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED)

 

5- Each item will have a shipping cost listed at the end of the description. (Shipping is based on weight)

 

6- Items may be picked up to avoid shipping costs. (Please email us if you plan to pick up)

 

7- Each successful buyer will receive a Final Invoice after the conclusion of the auction. This email will come from ProxiBid.

 

8- The Final Invoice emailed after the auction will include all fees. (Buyers Premium & Shipping) If You Pick up your items, we will deduct the Shipping Cost from your invoice.

 

9- Nothing on this auction requires an FFL for shipping.

 

10- There is NO SALES TAX.

 

11- Ammunition cannot be shipped via USPS, therefore UPS will be handling all ammo shipments. Please make sure that your shipping info includes a physical address rather than a PO box number. We will ship knives and smaller items via USPS if they only require a very small box or padded envelope.

 

12- THERE ARE NO RETURNS! - We have described each item to the best of our knowledge but please take advantage of all the PHOTOS and be your own judge on Description, Condition and Authenticity.

 

13- If a buyers credit card on file is "DECLINED" there will be a $20 charge each time it does not go through.
